Practise yoga in the comfort and safety of your own home! Join Chitra and other yogis online for an hour of invigorating and relaxing yoga, suitable for all abilities and skill levels. The classes will start with a thorough warm up, flow through a series of standing, sitting and lying down postures and finish up with breathing exercises, chanting and of course savasana!
Chair yoga classes will resume at Milman's centre from August 2021. More information to come soon.
